Last year 264 federal, state, military, tribal, and local law enforcement officers died in the line-of-duty – the highest number of line-of-duty deaths since 1974.

I continue to document the arrests of those who violate their firearm prohibition order in the hope that someone in government will pay attention and take action to fix Canada’s broken Firearm Prohibition Order system.

So far, nobody appears to be listening, including Conservative Party leader Erin O’Toole.  I expect Liberal MPs and ministers to ignore me because I challenge the very foundation of their agenda on firearms.

I do, however, expect the leader of the party supposedly on the side of Canada’s 2.2 million licensed, RCMP-vetted firearms owners to pay attention. 

Firearm Smuggler Busted for Violating Firearms Prohibition Order

A 6-week investigation involving 11 different agencies, specialised enforcement units and police detachments  resulted in the arrest of three people for weapons trafficking offences, one of whom was already subject to a Firearms Prohibition Order from his past offences.
