Brenda Dolderman, wife of OPP Sgt. charged with five counts of sexual assault, faces new criminal charges
On Thursday, August 27, 2020, the OPP announced new charges against Brenda Dolderman:
extortion;
intimidation of a justice system participant;
attempted obstruction of justice.
Reading between the lines, it appears the OPP believes it has the evidence required to prove Brenda Dolderman actively tried to intimidate witnesses against her and/or her husband.
Liberal Hypocrisy: Why Derek Sloan’s removal is NOT the issue
“Erin O’Toole needs to show leadership by removing Conservative MP Derek Sloan from his caucus, and refusing to sign his nomination papers as a Conservative candidate.”
The howls of indignation heard across social media are entirely predictable, and they’re also entirely irrelevant.
The Liberal Party’s call for Derek Sloan’s removal from the Conservative caucus have nothing to do with Derek Sloan and everything to do with framing Erin O’Toole in the minds of left-leaning voters.
Escaped Mental Patient William Bernard Lepine and the 1972 Kettle Valley Murders
On July 30, 1972, William Lepine escaped from Riverview Provincial Mental Hospital in Coquitlam a fourth time.
While free, he obtained two guns which he used to shoot and kill six people in the B.C. Interior’s Kettle Valley.
Why nobody took his repeated escapes seriously is a mystery buried in a BC Cabinet report that remains hidden from the public to this day.
RCMP Membership Has Its Privileges
Do you remember the old American Express slogan “Membership Has Its Privileges”?
It applies to RCMP members facing possible criminal charges under the Firearms Act, too.
Scarborough Crossbow Killer Brett Ryan
On August 25, 2016, 35-year-old Brett Ryan did the unthinkable.
He murdered his mother so she couldn’t tell his fiancé he was a liar. Then he murdered two of his brothers and attempted to kill the third after they tried to come to their mother’s aid.
CPC HQ: What Moron Leaves Counting the Ballots to the Last Second?
How can the Conservative Party be taken seriously as the “government in waiting” when they can’t even run their own leadership contest without turning it into a total disaster? The short answer is simple. They can’t.
CPC HQ’s Idiotic Love Affair with ‘Gotcha’ Politics
“I would say amen to raising taxes…”
After five years of Chrystia Freeland holding public office, this line from 2011 is the best the Conservative Party’s opposition research team can come up with?
That’s pathetic.
Brodie Curtis Young: RCMP Screwup Sets Another Career Criminal With a Firearms Prohibition Order Free
Brodie Curtis Young, a career criminal with a firearms prohibition order against him, was caught with illegal firearms and ammunition. Had RCMP Constable Rick Marshinew not shredded Young’s Charter rights, Young would be in prison today, not walking free to violate his firearms prohibition order again.
Text Message Privacy: Did the Supreme Court Get It Right?
On March 27, 2010, the Owen Sound Police Service obtained a general warrant under s. 487.01 and an assistance order under s. 487.02 of the Criminal Code.
The warrant named two Telus wireless subscribers and required the telecom giant to provide the Owen Sound Police Service with copies of any text messages stored on Telus’ computer database that were sent or received by these individuals.
Did Guelph Police Service Lie About Liberal MP Marwan Tabbara’s Arrest?
Guelph Police Service said their media relations person was unaware Tabbara was a Member of Parliament. “The arrest of Mr. Tabbara was not brought to the attention of the media office.” That was on June 11th. Turns out this is not the truth. Or at least not the whole truth.
Peter Anthony Kampos and Canada’s Gun Law “Loophole”?
The sub-head of White’s article states: “The weapon and the process used to buy it are still legal today, despite Ottawa’s promises to crack down”. Selling a firearm to a man with an expired firearms licence – “the process used to buy it” – isn’t a loophole, it’s a criminal offence.

It took them three months, but New Brunswick RCMP finally got their man.
On August 11, 2020, a search warrant was executed at a home on Main Street in Sackville, and Nicholas Bain was located and arrested without incident after evading the RCMP for 84 days.
SCAM ALERT: New Email Scam Targets Amazon Users
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, scammers around the world viewed it as an opportunity to fleece unsuspecting people.
The latest email scam arrived in my inbox the other morning.
I’m sharing it with you in case you haven’t seen it yet, along with a couple easy ways to protect yourself from these opportunistic scum.
PolySeSouvient’s Unassailable Logic on Handgun Bans
By PolySeSouvient’s logic, vehicles are responsible for both drunk drivers and car thieves, kitchen utensils are responsible for obesity, and home owners are responsible for criminals breaking into their houses.
PolySeSouvient’s thought processes are so brilliant that, frankly, I’m a little ashamed of myself for not thinking of it first.
Raise Your Children as Bureaucrats Demand, or Else
On July 6, 2020, Adrian Crook won his battle for parents rights at the BC Court of Appeals, who slammed BC Child and Family Services for their bureaucratic overreach.
“It’s a big relief, but also discouraging that it took so long,” he said.
“For over 3 years now I’ve lived with the threat, often literally a written or verbal threat from a social worker or Ministry Director, that the MCFD will take “more intrusive action” if I failed to comply with their order.
At What Point Do We Deny Bail to Repeat Offenders?
In the wake of Darian Henderson-Bellman’s senseless murder by Darnell Reid – a violent, repeat offender – anyone with a shred of common sense is screaming for changes to our justice system.
Those sensible calls for bail reform are, sadly, an affront to Andrew Puiras, a criminal defence lawyer from Sudbury, Ontario.
Peter Khill: Self-Defence Case Goes to Supreme Court
Good news for Peter Khill, of Hamilton, Ontario. The Supreme Court will hear his self-defence case.
For those unfamiliar with Peter Khill or the circumstances surrounding this trip the the highest court in the land, here is a brief recap.
December 22, 2005: The Day Gun Rights Died in Canada
On December 22, 2005, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled against drug dealer Philip Neil Wiles and, in so doing, quashed the right of Canadians to possess firearms.
Quash: to suppress or extinguish summarily and completely; to nullify, especially by judicial action
Matthew Vincent Raymond and the 2018 Fredericton Shooting That Left Four Dead
On August 10, 2018, ten children lost a parent when one colossally stupid 48-year-old man chose to take out his rage against the world on four innocent people. What nobody knows is why.
David William Shearing: Slaughtered Family of Six in Wells Gray Provincial Park
On August 2, 1982, Bob and Jackie Johnson, their two daughters Janet, 13, and Karen, 11, and Jackie’s parents, George and Edith Bentley set out on a family camping trip.
Their trip was meant to be two-week vacation in one of British Columbia’s most spectacular locations, Wells Gray Provincial Park, near Clearwater, BC, but last anyone heard from the Johnsons and Bentleys was on August 6th, 1982.
Instead of a world-class holiday, within days of their last contact with the outside world all four adults were dead.
An Untitled Poem to the Lovers of Freedom and Liberty by Douglas H. Christie
With his vast experience, Doug Christie could easily have charged five times his hourly rate but refused to do so, “because ordinary people being crushed by the state don’t have a lot of money and they need good counsel.”
Ray Newman: Alleged Murderer Walked Free After Police Violate His Charter Rights
When police violate the Charter rights of an accused, there is a price to pay. That price, in Chrissy Predham-Newman’s case, is her alleged murderer, her estranged husband, walked out of court a free man.
Darian Henderson-Bellman: A Cautionary Tale of Domestic Abuse and Murder
In today’s commentary I dig deeper into the story of Darian Hailey Henderson-Bellman’s senseless murder.
I do so in the hopes I can inspire this Liberal government – a government far more intent on virtue-signaling than taking action – to finally fix our broken Firearm Prohibition Order system so the next Darian Hailey Henderson-Bellman doesn’t have to die.
Darian Henderson-Bellman: Murdered Because of Another Firearm Prohibition Order Failure
On Tuesday, July 28, 2020, Darian Henderson-Bellman was murdered, shot dead in the ultimate act of domestic violence.
Instead of enjoying this August long weekend with family and friends, Darian Hailey Henderson-Bellman is dead because our government refuses to take seriously the threat of violent repeat offenders already prohibited from possessing firearms.
Pierre Poilievre: The REAL Scoop on Why the RCMP Came Clean Friday Afternoon
For two weeks, gun owners have tried to get the Minister of Public Safety, the man responsible for the RCMP, to answer one simple question.
“Minister Blair, is the RCMP’s letter to gun owners a Firearm Registration Certificate Revocation letter?”
For two weeks Bill Blair and the RCMP refused to answer this simple question.
Then, miraculously, on the Friday afternoon of a long weekend, the RCMP published an update to their website that admits their $5 million letter is nothing but a useless piece of nonsense.
